About Me

I'm Kaii Mentoor - a digital health creator,writer,and wellness systems educator based in Cape Town , South Africa, I create simple,grounded tools to help women preserve their cognitive resources,navigate demanding work environments and move closer to the version of themselves they know they're meant to become. I combine my background as a Qualified Post-Basic Pharmacy Assistant with digital wellness,narrative healing, neuroscience-informed rituals and practical life systems. My goal is to help women,especially those working long hours,studying or rebuilding their lives,work smarter ,heal faster and live slower.Through my blog, YouTube channel and my editorial brands ,Vlinder and Boom , I share my personal journey of becoming- including rituals,systems , ideas and philosophies that help me move through life with more intention and less burnout .
