Setting the Tone for a Sacred Pod – A Gentle Invitation for the New Lemurian Woman

The pod is not a room. It is a remembering. A small, intentional space where the body, heart, and soul can finally exhale and say: “Here I am safe. Here I am home.”

In New Mu, we do not build walls to keep the world out. We build sanctuaries to let the world in — softly, reverently, on our own terms. The sacred pod is that first breath of sovereignty: a place that mirrors the ocean inside us — fluid, held, alive with innocent vitality.

You do not need much. You need only enough to feel aligned within.

1. Choose the corner that calls

It can be a nook by the window, the space beside your bed, or a cleared shelf in a quiet room. Stand there. Close your eyes. Ask: “Does this feel like the sea remembers me?” If the answer is soft warmth or a gentle pull — that is your pod.

2. Begin with the floor

Place something that grounds you:

  • A small woven mat (natural jute or cotton)
  • A sheepskin or soft blanket
  • Rose petals scattered like stars This is the earth beneath the waves — the place your bare feet meet the mother.

3. Raise the altar

One low surface — a wooden box, a marble slab, a simple tray. On it:

  • A shell or stone from the ocean (your first witness)
  • A candle (gold or white for lightbody remembrance)
  • A single lilikoi flower or rose in water (innocent love)
  • A crystal or piece of sea glass (if it calls — never required) Keep it simple. The altar is not decoration. It is a mirror for your own light.

4. Let the light be soft

No harsh overhead bulbs. Golden hour glow from a salt lamp, a beeswax candle, or a small lantern. If you can, place the pod so morning or evening sun touches it — the ocean’s own rhythm.

5. Invite the elements

Air: an open window or small fan for gentle movement

Water: a glass bowl, a tiny fountain, or just a shell filled with seawater

Earth: a potted plant or dried herbs

Fire: the candle flame

Spirit: your own breath, your own heartbeat

6. Speak the tone

Vibration is the beginning of creation. Voice your intentions for the space and what you want it to be or mean for your mind, body and soul.

Sit in your pod. Place one hand on your heart, one on your womb. Whisper (aloud or silently):

“I am safe here. I am held here. I remember who I am here. This pod is mine. This pod is Mu.”

Let the words settle like sand after a wave. This is the tone: innocent, sovereign, unhurried.

Your sacred pod does not need to be perfect. It needs to be personal. A place where the New Lemurian woman can rest, activate, gather her energy, and remember that she is the ocean — vast, generous, and already whole.

Begin small. Begin today. Mua is here to help you cultivate that space.

I’m a sucker for the Disney Classics . And though I appreciate a good Studio Ghibli , there’s something so well-balanced and simply comprehensive about the Grimm Faerie Tales . Especially those retold through the very rose-tinted lenses of the World of Disney . Simple storyline – good girl ,bad world , her blindness to …
